Using SunnyBooth
SunnyBooth is provided so you can create and download photo strips from your browser. You are responsible for the photos you capture, upload, edit, download, print, or share.
Acceptable Use
Do not use SunnyBooth for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer private systems, or use the app in a way that harms other users or devices.
Your Content
You keep responsibility for photos and edits you create. Only upload or capture images that you have the right to use, especially if you plan to share them publicly.
SunnyBooth Branding
SunnyBooth names, logos, templates, artwork, and interface design belong to their respective owners. These terms do not give you permission to copy or resell the SunnyBooth product or brand assets.
Availability And Warranty
SunnyBooth is provided as-is. Browser features such as camera access, downloads, printing, and sharing can vary by device, operating system, browser, and in-app browser.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SunnyBooth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the app, inability to use the app, or content created with the app.

SunnyBooth may change features, templates, policies, or these terms over time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
